Because all items sold are pre-owned, we take great care to authenticate and describe each piece accurately. However, your statutory rights still apply.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Return Period)

For online purchases made on preloved-chic.co.uk, Buyers have the legal right under UK consumer law to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and authenticity documentation (if provided) must be included.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is damaged, mis-described, or counterfeit (as per our T&Cs).

We recommend all returns are sent via a tracked and insured service. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including Klarna where applicable.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

  • In-store purchases remain non-returnable, as stated in our T&Cs.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The item is returned outside the allowed timeframe.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition.
