Dispatch Times

All orders placed via preloved-chic.co.uk are dispatched by Preloved Chic Harrogate Ltd.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has left our premises.

Non-Receipt / Delayed Delivery

In accordance with our T&Cs, you may request cancellation of the transaction if delivery does not occur within a reasonable timeframe after contacting us.
